At Biabluegoods, we want you to love your seasonal apparel. Below are our clear policies on returns, exchanges, and shipping so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.


1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Loss in Value: If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: These cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

2. Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Shipping costs are included in the product price and confirmed at Etsy checkout.
  • Ships From Location: Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Biabluegoods through our U.S. production partners. Most orders currently ship from Florida, but depending on stock and production schedules, some may be fulfilled from other U.S. locations.
  • Carriers Used: We ship using USPS First Class Mail (most T-shirts) and USPS Priority Mail (heavier sweatshirts and hoodies). In some cases, UPS or FedEx may be used.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • USPS First Class Mail: 3–7 business days
    • USPS Priority Mail: 2–5 business days
      (Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to location, weather, or seasonal volume.)
  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If a package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist where possible.

3. Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange for a different size or style within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must meet the same conditions as returns (original condition, buyer covers return shipping).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
